She has been singing ever since: on the local radio; with Tony Pastor's orchestra; in big-box-office Hollywood films; at the London Palladium, Carnegie Hall; on her own television series; and at venues large and small around the world. The list of her friends and intimates reads like a Who's Who of show business royalty: Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Marlene Dietrich, Tony Bennett, and Billie Holiday, to name just a few. At twenty-five, she married the erudite and respected actor Jos Ferrer, sixteen years her senior and light-years more sophisticated. Trouble started almost immediately when, on her honeymoon, she discovered that he had already been unfaithful. Finally, after having five children while she virtually single-handedly supported the entire family and his numerous, unrepentant infidelities, she filed for divorce. From there her life spiraled downward into depression, addiction to various prescription drugs, and then, in 1968, a breakdown and hospitalization. Amazing Jewelry Travel Case
I bought this jewelry case for traveling on a cruise and I absolutely LOVE IT! When I purchased it I didn’t know if it would actually fit all the jewelry I wanted to bring but this box definitely impressed me! It fit all my regular jewelry plus more bc you know us woman love to coordinate with our outfits lol the case/box is sturdy! It didn’t break or even dent throughout my travels. It comes with different pieces to help organize and separate jewelry but it is removable if needed which I had to do bc one of my necklaces is really big. The case fit perfectly in my carry on luggage and didn’t take up much room at all which helped me a lot. I got the black case and I just love how simple and sleek it looks. This is definitely a must have if you need to travel with jewelry and are concerned about things getting damaged, this case keeps them safe and it’s definitely a great value for your money!

Great little jewelry box for quick vacations! Lots of compartments so my jewelry doesn't get lost or tangled! Love the pouch for bracelets, the hooks for my necklaces, the little board with holes for my earrings and the slots for my rings. Made really well and pretty also! Would make a Nice gift!
