The 32-ounce Dry Grains container grinds whole grains into fresh flours, mixes batter, and even simulates the kneading process to prepare dough for baking. The container is accompanied by the Whole Grains cookbook, complete with recipes for breads, cereals, and desserts. The Vitamix Dry Container is the perfect add-on for household Vitamix blenders when fresh whole grains are to be ground into flour. The dry blade has a unique design to force the usually hard-to-blend ingredients -back into the blade rotation. Grind grains into meal or flour and also efficiently chop nuts and other ingredients with low moisture content. This container has a 32 ounce / 0.9 liter capacity and is made from Eastman Tritan© copolyester. The advanced polymer is BPA-free which means it does not contain bisphenol-A (BPA). Save space in your cabinet or counter top with this compact container. The container with dry blade also comes with the Vitamix Whole Grains Recipe book. Vitamix item number 15845.

Compatibility
The Vitamix Dry Blade 32 oz Eastman Tritan© BPA-free container will fit most Vitamix Blenders without modification. It is normally sold only with home models but will fit commercial blenders used in the home as well. It comes standard on the 5200 Super and is made of the same material as the standard containers on the Professional Series and TurboBlend 4500. It will also fit models such as the Vita-Prep, Vita-Prep 3, Vitamix 5000, and many others. This container is not NSF-certified for use in a commercial food-service establishment.
This container is NOT designed for the BarBoss Advance, Drink Machine Advance, Blending Station Advance, Touch and Go 2 MP, Blending Station MP, or any future Vitamix "Advance" or "MP" product. It also is incompatible with the new Vitamix XL Blender.
Warranty
This container is backed by a three-year warranty on material and workmanship. For household use only.
