DOSAGE & INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take Lepicol at least 30 minutes before eating.

Adults: Mix 1 to 2 full teaspoons (2.5-5g) with a glass of water or juice and consume immediately, once or twice a day. It is necessary to drink a second glass of water. It is recommended to start with a low dose and increase it gradually.

Children: Mix half to 1 full teaspoon with a glass of water or juice and consume immediately, once or twice a day. It is necessary to drink a second glass of water. Parents should consult their physician before administering Lepicol to children under 11 years of age.

Caution: Taking Lepicol without drinking water may make it difficult to swallow and is not recommended. Each full teaspoon should always be taken with 250ml of liquid.

Store in the refrigerator after opening. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended to prevent, treat or cure any human disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, taking medication or have any health problems. Keep out of the reach of small children.
