Patented Design

MedCline Shoulder Relief System is designed to remove pressure from a patient’s downside arm and shoulder for pain relief from nighttime chronic shoulder pain. The symmetrical design of the sleep system allows for left- or right-side sleeping. It’s ideal for veterans or users suffering from shoulder arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, rotator cuff injuries, arm numbness, general shoulder pain, or as a post-operative positioning system.

Medical Grade

The Shoulder Relief Wedge creates a 10-degree angle of elevation to optimize positioning while keeping the patient comfortable and supported. It is built with multiple types of medical-grade foam that are placed specially to provide the best support and to make it long lasting without deflating or wearing down. The foam is firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to be comfortable.

Adjustable Body Pillow

The Therapeutic Body Pillow is not attached to the Shoulder Relief Wedge so patients can sleep with or without it. The stuffing of the Medcline Relief System is adjustable, allowing patients to move the stuffing to where they need more support. Key areas of adjustment include stuffing between the knees and in the head and neck area.

Shoulder Relief System comes with Shoulder Relief Wedge, Side-sleeping Body Pillow, Support Insert Pillow, and set of pillowcases (installed).

They honor their product.
I've been dealing with Asurion for over a decade now. They're my first choice when making a purchase that I know I'm going to have around for a while. Asurion backs its product to the hilt. I purchased a mid-range priced printer about 2 1/2 yrs. ago along with a 3yr. warranty from Asurion to cover any unexpected 'surprises' that might happen to pop up. Fast forward to approximately 3 months ago, when my printer decided that it wanted to start acting up. The print quality was taking a nose dive; colors were beginning to drop out, showing streaks and fading. Clarity and sharpness are virtually gone. I contacted Asurion about the problem. I couldn't have found a nicer rep to deal with. She said not to worry and within minutes had the situation under control. She sent me all the information and pre-paid postage on how to pack and have my unit shipped to their repair facilities. In less than a week my unit was repaired and returned to me. However, this is not the end of the story. Within a few days, my unit was acting up again and doing the same thing it went in for. Again, I got hold of Asurion (Same great service, different girl). We repeated the same process as before, but this time the unit was there about a week longer. When I finally received the unit, I immediately hooked it up and put it through the numbers, testing everything. To be blunt, the print quality was worse than the 1st time it went in for service. After voicing my displeasure (basically having a hissy-fit), I regained my composure and contacted Asurion, again! This time they told me that since their techs were unable to resolve the issue and to not have me waiting any longer than I have already, they're going ahead and refunding the total amount I paid for the unit. Even though it was somewhat of a Pain-in-the-ASS to go through, I couldn't be happier. Within 48 hrs. I had my refund in hand and I turned around and purchased a replacement Printer. Moral to the story, have a contingency plan, Just in case. Check out Asurion: Great customer service - Nice people, very competitive pricing for their products and they honor their word by their actions. Highly recommend Asurion to anyone.

Make sure you read the terms and conditions and don't let them off the hook
Asurion is counting on the fact that you don't know how to read. They made the claim process aggravating and as difficult as possible. I CAN read and had to review the terms and conditions with them on the phone and threaten to involve an attorney before they would honor the coverage. They tried to say my product was not portable, when the word "portable" is literally in the name of the product. Then they tried to say the the accidental drop was not covered, but it clearly states in the terms and conditions that an accidental drop and a cracked screen is a covered event. I buy the coverage almost every time I am offered it, but I will be rethinking that going forward and Amazon should consider finding a different company to issue the protection plans for their products because I fear this is the beginning of a lot of complaints. I have filed a claim in the past and it was very straightforward and easy, but they must have a new company managing the plans now, because it was anything but easy. If I was an older person who was not tech savy, or who just took someone's word at face value, I would be out the cost of my item and the protection plan. BUYER BEWARE
