Integrated MV Twin-Shaft Agitator

- Counter-rotating beater (Low: 60 RPM / High: 120 RPM) keeps product in constant motion
- 304 SS anchor-style main agitator hugs the kettle wall
- Removable nylon scraper blades wipe the entire cooking surface, preventing burn-on
- Actuator-assisted lift raises bridge, scraper & beater clear for batch change-out
