Its story is one of quality and defiance, created in 1756 to regulate quality and break English monopolies in the industry they have over 265 years of experience now of ports especially, but also table wines.
These glasses have a gilt decoration to the front of the Royal Oporto label and name. An excellent pairing to a gift of a bottle, if you know someone for whom port is their preferred beverage!
Overall they are in excellent condition for their age, with no visible cracks or chips and minimal to no wear to the gilt detailing. They measure at approximately 14cm in height and 4.5cm in diameter at the top of the glass.
