這款alpha 7是風之森與EXILE的橘ケンチ先生合作聯動的產品，理念為「風之森史上最Sweet的原酒和最Dry的原酒的混合」。兩款酒均使用兵庫縣產山田錦，精米步合和酵母都是相同的，根據發酵程度去控制溫度，終達至兩款風味截然不同的清酒，日本酒度分別是-18和+10。
水色酒標的那款是Sweet，酸味存在感十足而山田錦特有的複雜濃厚味道健在。紫色酒標的那款是Dry，突顯岀山田錦的清脆風味，並且有濃郁的旨味。
可以按照自己的喜好，把兩款酒混合，做岀世界上獨一無二的風味。
