Moorberry is a relaxed, elegant vest with a deep V-neck and a fabulous drape, designed for layering or standing boldly on its own. The idea was born from long afternoons in Paris, sitting on a terrace with a book in hand, watching the world go by. There was something about the mood — effortless, feminine, slightly mysterious — that Jonna wanted to capture in stitches.

Knitted mostly seamlessly from the top down, Moorberry features a European shoulder construction that offers both structure and fluidity. The intuitive shaping and modern silhouette make it an enjoyable knit for a wide range of skill levels. The fabric is brought to life with a luxurious pairing: the smooth bounce of Laine x Novita 4ply wool held together with our favourite fluffy yarn - the Cumulus. The result is a piece that feels as good as it looks: soft, light and full of quiet confidence. Whether worn over a crisp blouse, a basic tee or nothing at all, Moorberry is a versatile, wearable piece — easy, but never ordinary.

We've done the maths for you, so according to your size the Moorberry Yarn Kit contains all the yarn you need to make your very own vest, and it can be bought with or without the pattern. In addition you'll need circular needles size 4mm / US6 and 5.5mm / US9 in 80cm / 32” length, and preferred needles in same sizes for smaller circumference. You'll also need stitch markers, stitch holders or scrap yarn for stitches left on hold, a darning needle for grafting and weaving in your ends.
