What are Benadryl Allergy Relief Capsules?
 

Benadryl Allergy Relief is a fast-acting allergy relief capsule and is the only brand to contain Acrivastine 8mg as the active ingredient. Acrivastine can work in 15 minutes providing fast relief.

It can also be taken as required (up to three times per day) so that you can take it as and when you need it. This flexible dosing makes it suitable for dust and pet allergy sufferers who have short-lived allergy attacks, and for hayfever sufferers as it can be taken in the morning and evening when pollen is at its peak.

Symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis, including hay fever and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Warnings and Precautions
 

DO NOT TAKE IF:
 

• You have ever had a reaction to this product or to any of its ingredients or the antihistamine Triprolidine.
• You have kidney disease.

 
SPEAK TO YOUR GP OR PHARMACIST BEFORE TAKING IF:
 

• You are on any sedatives or tranquillisers, as their effects may be increased if taken with this product.
• You are using or taking Ketoconazole (an antifungal to treat fungal infections) or Erythromycin (an antibiotic to treat bacterial infections)
• You are taking any other medicines check with your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.

NOTE:
 

• Do not drink grapefruit juice while taking Benadryl Allergy Relief.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breast-feeding.
• Adults over 65 years: Not recommended.
• Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
• This medicine may cause drowsiness. If it does please avoid driving or using heavy machinery
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
