Soy protein isolate, fructose, dextrose, corn dextrin (dietary fibre), emulsifier (soy lecithin), thickener (Konjac glucomannan), potassium phosphate, calcium orthophosphates, calcium carbonate, natural flavour, magnesium carbonate, sodium citrate, sodium orthophosphates, L-carnitine, L(+)-tartaric acid, L-methionine, L-histidine, sodium L-ascorbate, vanilla bean powder, nicotinamide, zinc gluconate, D-alpha-tocopherol, manganese sulphate, calcium D-pantothenate, iron(III) diphosphate, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, copper(II) sulphate, retinyl acetate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, sodium selenite, phylloquinone, potassium iodide, D-biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.
Preparation
Dissolve 3 level scoops of powder (69 g) in 400 ml of warm water, juice, or plant milk, stirring vigorously with a spoon or shaker. The creamy drink is ready to consume immediately, or let it stand for a few minutes to thicken. Adjust the amount of liquid to your preferred consistency.
1 level scoop = 23 g
3 level scoops = 69 g (one serving - 248 kcal)

Storage
