Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier?s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. I love the product but the description is frustrating. I ordered the medium size bones expecting the 7 inch bones, but recieved the 5 inch bones. Apparently if you want the 7 inch bones you should choose small instead of medium. That makes no sense and is so irritating.

Must buy

I've bought multiple of these for various different dogs. They've all loved them. Great for gifts or just because you want to buy. I highly recommend. Seems safe to eat. Lasts a while. It's hard then as dogs chew it, it breaks down. The shape make it easy for the dogs to use their paws to hold it.
