Integrated MV Mixer Highlights
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum bridge with totally-enclosed gear motor.
- Anchor-style main agitator (304 SS) contours the kettle wall; removable nylon scraper blades sweep the entire surface.
- Counter-rotating secondary beater breaks up particulates for superior product homogeneity.
- Bayonet mounting allows both agitators to be removed in seconds for cleaning or when a still kettle is desired.
- Two operating speeds: High — 46 RPM main / 120 RPM secondary (1 HP) | Low — 23 RPM main / 60 RPM secondary (½ HP).
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock and safety interlock prevents high-speed start-ups.

Requires connection to an external 30 psi (max) low-pressure steam supply and a structurally rated wall surface. Steam inlet/return fittings are ¾ in. NPT.

The chain is very nice, can adjust it to 16 to 18inches. Appears to be 925 sterling sliver. The diamond charm is about a diime in size. It's sparkling and pretty. I can't decide if the charm is to big or not for me. All in all 40. Spent on it was ok but no more.
