Store Credit is granted after receiving your merchandise within 3 days after purchase has been completed on Pick- Up orders and on Shipments, 3 days after tracking number announces your package has been delivered. After 3 days, we wont be accepting any merchandise claims and won't be granting store credit. If your PICK UP order has not been picked up before 3 days, no credit or exchanges are granted.
