Vinyl LP pressing. 2017 release. Son of Dave, the one and only harmonica and beatbox blues maverick is back for another season. Music For Cop Shows is classic S.o.D, loaded with instrumental hooks, original blues flavored songs, irresistible grooves and sly madness. His music has appeared in Breaking Bad, Bloodline, Preacher and other television crime dramas, which seems to have encouraged him to put the cart before the horse and create a loose cannon of ditties harking back to 1970's cop shows. Or not. It's typical Son of Dave messing with you, using ingredients only he can cook with. Fans know it well. It's his eighth album, and he's not made a weak one yet. Recorded in London at Space Eko East Studios with long-time co-producer Alex McGowan the songs build upon S.o.D.'s usual beatbox and bass grooves layering up harmonica riffs just like in the live show. Some tunes go a bit further and S.o.D. plays keys, guitars, and all sorts of percussion. It's all played and sung by the man himself, with "Blues Organ" and "Hey Aye" the only exceptions, being recorded with Son of Dave is fifty years old, and has lived for 21 years in the UK, hailing originally from Winnipeg Canada where he was steeped at a young age in the blues-bar tradition. His resumé is long, having had many other successes along the way. He plans to perform until his 80's at least, pointing out that there is no pension plan for Bluesmen, and the whole live-fast-die-young game is for kids who can't handle their booze, or their managers simply after publicity.

Very comfortable. Solid chair. Lumbar support helps a lot. Posture in this chair is great. Lots of support. Seems like a relatively skinny chair though - I wouldn't imagine it to be comfortable for a larger person.

Check components for imperfections

Just finished putting the chair together, and while there were some nice touches (gloves to wear while assembling) and manual very easy to understand, there are more steps than are customary for a basic chair. However, two main gripes are (1) bought Saturday for $129.99, today it is listed for $89.99 (2) out of the box, the mesh back of the chair has a small tear in it. Unsure if it will end up being a long-term issue, but irritating all the same.

Amazing chair

Going from a regular office chair to this majestic heavenly office chair, my body hasn't felt better. As a person who is rather on the large side (6'2, 175 pounds), so this chair good butt cushioning, adjustable armrest, the adjustable headrest made this purchase an very good one. I move constantly on chairs so when i found out tthis chair can adapt to my position with a few tweaks i instantly fell in love. Considering that I have jumped and stood on the chair quite the number of times and it still is holding its form just speaks to its sturdiness. I dont believe in buying extremely expensive chairs as a high quality one like this has everything you could wish for.

Wow Great Deal!

I have been using this chair for a month now and I am honestly impressed for the price I paid. I work from home so am using this chair 24/7. I had no issues with assembling it myself as a 35 year old female. Instructions were simple to follow and took me maybe 30 minutes to put together. Its sturdy and comfortable. I appreciate the padded arms and the seat bottom is also a nice thick cushion. Added bonus for the head rest and that it is adjustable. Definitely recommend.
