Each serving contains approximately 175 mg of caffeine, which is about as much as two cups of strong coffee, and 1.2 g of beta-alanine. Do not combine with alcohol, other caffeine- containing products, or exceed two servings daily. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. beta alanine may cause a temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Exercise may increase your fluid needs, so drink lots of water to stay well-hydrated. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects or unusual symptoms.
