Ingredients:

• Chinese Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)

• Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)

• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

• Spearmint (Mentha spicata)

• Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis)

• Calendula Blossoms (Calendula officinalis)

• Natural Lemon & Orange Essence 

Preparation:
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz hot water (175 °F, just under boiling). Steep for 3–4 minutes. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.  For a cold infusion, add double strength tea and steep at room temp for 4 hours, strain and enjoy. 

Seasonal Note:
Naturally energizing in spring and summer, yet equally welcome in winter for a bright, citrus lift when days feel heavy.
