Cardamom oil - properties
Cardamom essential oil supports the respiratory system, supports the body during infections, reduces headaches and nausea. Known for its antimicrobial properties, it perfectly cleans the air and disinfects small wounds. It can be successfully used as a natural yet effective surface cleaner. It is worth noting the oil also in cosmetics - as it has a wonderful effect on the skin. It tones and shrinks pores, improves the appearance of the complexion, reduces imperfections. The extract cleanses the scalp and improves the condition of hair - provided it is used regularly.
Cardamom essential oil has a spicy-herbal, extremely refreshing and slightly sweet aroma. It reduces anxiety, fights fatigue and stress, energizes and refreshes the mind. Used during bathing, it soothes inflammation and dry skin, and during massage it relaxes sore muscles and improves the elasticity of the epidermis.
The product has a warming effect, facilitates proper blood circulation and reduces swelling. The scent of Cardamom essential oil, although cool, is also sensual and is considered an aphrodisiac.
Origin of raw material: Cardamom originated in the south of India. It is currently cultivated in Asia, Sri Lanka, and China.
