The Rat GDF1 (Growth Differentiation Factor 1) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GDF1. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Rat GDF1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Rat GDF1, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Rat GDF1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

My H7 Termitor Headlights are wonderful for my 2014 VW Jetta SE 1.8l turbo. Extremely bright and super easy to install since they have the exact fitting as the factory bulbs. Only thing I would have done differently is to use the adapter to maintain steady light. Whenever I'm in gear or roll the windows up or down I can see the lights dim and after I drive for a while they aren't as bright as when I first started the car.
