According to the World Health Organization, an estimated 1.53 million people will die from suicide in the year 2020, and ten to twenty times more will attempt suicide worldwide. With over ten years of clinical experience as a board certified psychiatrist treating suicidal people in the high risk population of Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada, Mark William Viner, M.D., offers this extensively researched outline of the medical treatment of suicidality. He begins by providing a solid foundation of neuroimaging and the neurobiological aspects of suicide. In addition to considering how psychiatric disorders can affect a suicidal patient, Viner also addresses how other general medical disorders can influence suicidality. From there, Viner is able to discuss the psychopharmacology of suicidality, especially in interaction with drugs that treat psychiatric disorders. He provides vivid insight about suicide from the psychiatrists point of view as he addresses social, cultural, and religious factors that contribute to suicidality in the twenty-first century. His theories and information are supplemented with real-life experiences drawn from emergency rooms, hospitals, clinics, and research. Dr. Mark William Viners Suicide is an important guide for recognizing the factors that contribute to suicide and the people who are at the highest risk for suicide.

Wonderful, sturdy shoe
Size: 9 Toddler, Color: Tan
I love this shoe. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small this time, but it really is a great shoe.

Great boots for fall and winter, but too short for deep snow.
Size: 9 Toddler, Color: Navy
This is the second round of these boots I bought for my kids. They are comfortable for all day at school, like sneakers. Perfect for wet days, feet stay dry and warm. They are not snow boots. We live in Boston and they are not for more than an inch or two of snow. I buy separate true snow boots for snow days (much warmer and taller boots).

Perfect Winter Boots
Size: 8 Toddler, Color: Navy
I bought these for a trip to Iceland for my little one. They held up perfectly to lots of walking and playing! No break in period, and my little one was comfy the entire time! Warm happy feet is what you can expect with these boots!

Cute but not totally practical
Size: 13 Little Kid, Color: Navy
These are cute and decent quality but they are so short they aren’t practical if you live where there is snow. Deep snow just ends up in the boot. Great for cold but no snow or slightly wet and muddy days.

They’re good but they don’t last
Size: 13 Little Kid, Color: Navy, Size: 13 Little Kid, Color: Navy
Got them for my 5yo. They were not overly abused, but they got a big hold two-three months in. They’re unusable and I’m sad about the surprisingly poor quality for these boots.
