Having checked all the right “boxes” dictated by culture and society, I found myself broken, empty and disillusioned by the world’s definition of a successful woman. I was a passenger in my own life, unable to change my course. God’s grace enabled me to make radical changes to prioritize what really mattered to me. Stepping outside of the box to live differently has proven to be the scariest and most rewarding experience. My journey with God has led me through triumphs, tears and unforeseeable adventures that completely flipped my life upside down. Along the way, He has refined me in so many ways. Join me as I share my struggles in letting go of pride, perfectionism and the need for control. With my hand in His, I jumped off the rapidly moving train and lived to tell the tale.

Tina Attalla is passionate about Jesus, her husband, and two children.  She thoroughly enjoys reading, writing, coffee and puzzles!  She loves to connect with people one-on-one through deep and meaningful conversation.  She thinks of herself as a recovering perfectionist, a hopeless introvert, but more than anything, a beloved daughter of God.
