ATGBICS Extreme Enterasys® Compatible 10443 100GBase QSFP28 to 4 SFP28 Active Optical Cable operates over Active Fibre using a wavelength of 850nm over MMF with a cable length of 10m. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. It is suitable for short reach connection between 100G QSFP28 and 25G SFP28 enabled host adapters, switches, and servers in 100G interconnecting networking applications and provides a cost-efficient way to connect hardware within close proximity racks. This breakout cable connects to 1 x 100G QSFP28 port on one end and to 4 x 25G SFP28 ports on the other end.

An improvement over the original product, but could be better
I had used the original Xylimelts a few years back for my night time very dry mouth. They worked very well, completely dissolving overnight, but they caused sores inside my cheeks. Recently I discovered this new version which was purported to be made without the offending ingredients. They don't work quite as well, as they don't completely dissolve, but so far haven't caused any irritation. My mouth isn't completely parched as it was without any product, so it is definitely better than nothing. There is a gel-like residue in the morning that needs to be scraped off the teeth. I think Oracoat has some more R & D to do.

These work well!
These work to keep my mouth moist for hours. The only downside is the glue stays in your mouth till you can scrape it out with your finger. I thought it would dissolve but it didn’t. Very grateful to find something that moistens my mouth for so long though. They’re easy to use too. Taste slightly sweet but otherwise I didn’t notice anything.

Xylimelts Sensitive
I was sensitive to the regular Xylimelts after a few months use. Painful gums and hives inside my lips and cheeks. The sensitive version immediately corrected the problem and I’ve been using them without issue for nearly a year. The product is a lifesaver for drymouth that occurred when I was sleeping.

These are the best for dry mouth at night. They mostly stay stuck. I say mostly because I have had a few come apart. I think that was my fault.
