How do I cook Wagyu beef?

Avoid Overcooking: Due to its high fat content, cooking wagyu beyond medium can result in melting away much of the fat, losing its succulence and texture. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it does not exceed 130°F to 135°F at its thickest point.
