Application: for LS series engines 4.8 5.3 5.7 6.0 LS1 LS2 LS3 LS6 L99 LS4 LS9 LSA LQ4 LQ9 L76 L92 Instructions: * This Front and Rear Cover Alignment Tool Kit is used to install the front cover on any compatible for LS engine. * Align the seal with the front diameter and rear sealing surface of the balancer hub completely concentrically to achieve proper sealing function and service life. *You must be very careful to align the cover horizontally with the oil pan. Feature: 1. Can be replaced the oil pump timing chain oil pan gasket and front seal; 2. Used this tool to line up the front seal. Worked perfectly; 3. Seal lined up and no leaks at all. How to install the Front Cover (the seal is not installed in the front cover): * Loosely install the front cover; * Install the big end of the sealing tool on the nozzle of the crankshaft; *Check the alignment with the oil pan; *Install the balancer lip seal.
