Mercer challenges approaches to educational and liturgical practices with children in congregations that segregate children from the rest of the church and its key practices of service, mission, worship, care, and learning. She reframes ministries with children as processes through which the church as a "community of practice" forms children into an alternative identity that resists surrounding consumerist culture and walks in the ways of Jesus. This book offers strategies for educational practices with children in congregations as it seeks to address the question, "What might educational practices that welcome children and contribute to their flourishing look like in the context of a faith community where children's learning happens in collaboration with experienced practitioners of faith?" Dog loves it; but some poor construction
My small dog instantly loved this toy! I like the squeaker, bounciness, and options for different kinds of movement in the interactive play. It also recharges fast.
However, I have two downsides:
While my dog isn’t a big chewer, he got through this in a couple weeks. So we are on our second shell. That’s a nice option to be able to order just the shell.
Second, both shells have the same issue: they won’t stay screwed shut. The second shell is worse at this than the first. Once unscrewed, the interactive/mechanism piece will fall out and chocks be a choking hazard. It also frustrates my dog and he just barks at it until I fix it. With the new shell I think I had to fix it 5 times in the first 10 minutes of play.
Overall, it’s a fun toy and we’ll keep playing on!

Durable
Omg my dog loves this. The rubber is so durable my 2 yo aussie hasnt torn it up yet. I bought a cheap one from temu before and it took only 2 mins for my dog to tear it up it was complete waste of money. I love the football shape becahse it bounces unpredictably. I lile this to exhaust and exercise my aussie. This has become his favorite toy ever. It charges fast too. When im feeling lazy this is good way to exercise my dog and enrich him. I also teach him commands using this ball as his treat or reinforcement. Definitely worth every penny

The best toy for my dogs
I was looking for a toy that could keep my dogs entertained themselves for a long time because with the traditional balls they usually get bored quickly, But I’ve definitely loved this toy , I have two dogs of different sizes and they have a lot of fun playing with it, the ball bounces and makes sounds that really catch their attention, the quality ea great, even though they bite it , it hasn’t been damaged and it is easy to carry it. It's amazing

Didnt last.
Didnt even last a day. My dog is a 40 pound lab mix and figured out how to unscrew the toy within the first couple of hours. He then detroyed the plastic screw system on the inside.

Super fun toy!!
This is such a fun toy! My dog loves running after it. The shape is perfect for a medium sized dog . He isn't into the round balls, but this football shape is easier for him. I love the automatic movement because it don't have to contactly be throwing it.
