Overview:
A high quality stainless steel braided hose at a price competitive with the imports. Earl's AUTO-FLEX stainless steel braid-protected synthetic rubber hose is manufactured to our specifications in the U.S.A. Earl's AUTO-FLEX hose features a recommended temperature range and maximum operating pressure equal to our racing premium quality Perform-O-Flex hose...at a much better price. A partial coverage textile inner braid is imbedded in the liner during manufacture. The hose is finished with a full coverage stainless steel braid which is bonded to the reinforced liner. The liner is known as H.T.E ( not to be confused with PTFE ) and it is the highest quality of synthetic neoprene liner on the market. Continuous use temperature rating is - 40 to + 350 degrees F. Auto-Flex hose is intended for use with Swivel-Seal, Auto-Fit and Auto-Crimp hose ends only. No other Earl's hose ends are intended for use with Auto-Flex hose. The use of other manufacturers hose ends is also not recommended with this hose as it does not work with lower quality import fittings. PSI rating is determined by many factors including hose end in use and assembly method.Features:

Perfect for my Epson 2720!
When my Epson 2720 printer pooped out on me and said my ink waste box was full, I was so sad. After watching a billion YouTube videos, I learned there are a ton of people selling new ink boxes and I had no clue which one to pick.
I am the most electronically illiterate person on the planet so I just knew it wouldn't be easy for me to fix... wrong! This kit came with the new ink waste box, tools to change it out, a bag to throw the ink filled box into, instructions, and an extra pad for next time.
After removing the old box, the new one slid in perfectly. Resetting the wic code was extremely easy as well! The instructions show step by step diagrams on what to do. It was a fast and simple process.
It all worked out too well for me (normally it's a domino effect of chaos when I repair something) so the first print to see if it all worked was a nail biter. It printed beautifully!
If you have a 2720 that needs repaired, this is the product for you!

Great replacement waste ink pad!
This waste ink pad maintenance box works well as a replacement for my printer. It was easy to install and fits perfectly. The extra sponge is a nice bonus and helps absorb excess ink effectively. The packaging was secure and arrived in good condition.
My only small complaint is that it didn’t come with clear instructions, so I had to search online to be sure I was installing it correctly. Other than that, it does the job and is a cost-effective alternative to the original brand.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable maintenance box!

MAC OS users read this
1. There is no way around needing to reset the waste ink counter by downloading software, unless you want to pay for Epson to fix your printer. Replacing the waste ink tank alone will not make your printer work. Most of the WIC software you'll find if you google search this issue is only for WINDOWS.
2. The software recommendation that came with this part was for WINDOWS users only. It's an .exe file. I researched and found one that's for MAC, and LINUX (as well as windows.) I had to read the FAQ on that site to learn how to tell my MAC I was willing to bypass security and install it, but this was simple, and I was even able to use a trial key instead of paying. The trial key reset the counter to 80% so I'll need to go through the process again sooner than if I'd paid, but I was pleased to find out it would work first before buying a key. The site was "my printer club."
3. I have zero affiliation with "my printer club." Just trying to help out MAC users who may think they're out of luck, as it even says on the Epson site, direct quote: "Yes, the service alert and service repair process may be temporarily delayed on most printers by using the Maintenance Reset Utility to enable printing for a short period of time. This method is available to Windows users (Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP) as a one-time option while customers determine the best next steps for repairs. Currently there is no Maintenance Reset Utility available to Mac OS users."
4. Installing the waste tank purchased here was quick and easy. I'm only giving 4 stars because I had no idea when I bought it that their instructions weren't for MAC.

Great support staff and perfect fit!
I had a bit of an issue with the reset, so I engaged customer service. Customer service was very friendly and assisted me with resetting the counter. The software was recently updated and is much easier and smarter than the older version. I had a great experience and loved that the kit worked and fit as expected (compatibility met).
