Mizutaki là một loại lẩu gà nổi tiếng của Nhật Bản, có các thành phần là thịt gà thái miếng, rau củ, đậu phụ và một số loại nấm như nấm kim châm, nấm đông cô,...được nấu bằng nước súp gà có màu trắng sữa, mang đến hương vị ngọt ngào khó cưỡng. Đây được xem là gia vị chính tạo nên sự thành công của món ăn này, thu hút nhiều sự yêu thích của người dân Nhật và cả khách du lịch.

Nước lẩu gà (Mizutaki) Kubara 800g là sự kết hợp hài hòa của nước súp gà sau khi đã trải qua thời gian ninh hầm cùng với nước dùng yaki ago dashi được làm bằng cá chuồn nướng, tạo nên vị thanh ngọt nhẹ nhàng nhưng sâu sắc.

Với sản phẩm này, bạn chỉ cần đun sôi nước lẩu rồi cho các nguyên liệu như thịt, cá hay bất cứ topping nào mình thích vào nấu chín là sẽ dễ dàng có ngay một nồi Mizutaki tại nhà siêu ngọt ngào và hấp dẫn, không khác gì ngoài tiệm.

Thành phần: Súp gà 30%, sốt cá nướng, muối ăn, nước mắm (cá), chất điều vị: E621, rượu sake, chất ổn định: E415, chất chống oxy hóa: E307b,...

Bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo thoáng mát và tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Dùng làm nước súp cho món lẩu, lắc đều trước khi sử dụng và dùng hết sau khi mở túi.

  • Cắt các thành phần thành kích thước phù hợp
  • Lắc đều gói lẩu và cho vào nồi đun sôi. Sau đó cho thịt và cá đã ninh vào nồi/ Cho thêm các đồ ăn kèm khác vào nấu cho chín đều rồi thưởng thức.
