Limited 180gm audiophile vinyl LP pressing including insert. The Final Countdown was the third studio album by the Swedish hard rock band Europe, and one of the most glorious launches in history. Released in 1986, the album was a huge commercial success selling over three million units in the United States alone, peaking at #8 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and reaching high positions in charts worldwide. Recorded at Powerplay Studios in Zürich, Switzerland, the band worked with American producer Kevin Elson, who had worked with bands like Journey and Lynyrd Skynyrd. 'Rock The Night' and 'Ninja' premiered on the band's Wings of Tomorrow tour in 1984. Five singles were released from the album: 'The Final Countdown', 'Love Chaser', 'Rock the Night', 'Carrie' and 'Cherokee'. The song 'The Final Countdown' was based on an old keyboard riff that Tempest had composed as early as 1981, on a Korg Polysix keyboard he had borrowed from Michaeli. In 1985 bassist John Levén suggested that Tempest should write a song based on that riff. The rest is history.

Valuable lesson

I bought this book for a baby shower as it was one of my kids favorite books. It is absolutely the cutest book, and will be a great addition to anyone's library. Quality book, great pictures and story. Value for the book and story is hard to beat!

Favorite childhood book

The Rainbow Fish was my absolute favorite book when I was little, so I had to get it for my kids too. The sparkly scales are still just as magical as I remembered and honestly make the whole book feel special.
The story is sweet, the illustrations are beautiful, and it’s one of those classic children’s books that actually sticks with you growing up. Reading it now feels really nostalgic for me, and my kids love looking at all the shiny pages. Such a cute book to have in your collection.

Great Book for 8 month old!

This book is extremely high quality and was in great condition upon arrival. Our daughter loves this book. Its well written, and it has an actual plot for her to follow. I love that the book isn't overstimulating colors, it has a well balanced color profile.

Adorable, sparkly little board book for youngsters!

Quick book about sharing and friendship. Beautiful board book with sparkles on the fish. Including the cover, there are 6 pages to turn. I bought for the kids I babysit (age 11 months and age 4). Excellent little book for a child or teacher's library!
