Hotteok - món ăn đường phố được người Hàn rất yêu thích. Mỗi khi thời tiết trở nên lạnh hơn thì một chiếc bánh nóng hổi dẻo ngọt sẽ giúp họ cảm thấy ấm áp hơn và dễ chịu.

Bánh hotteok được chủ yếu từ bột mì thông qua sự nhào nặn kĩ lưỡng của đầu bếp, nhân trong được kết hợp với đường nâu, vừng, quế, lạc nghiền nhuyễn,...sau đó chiên lên và có thể ăn kèm với mật ong bằng cách phủ thêm một lớp bên ngoài vỏ bánh.

Ngoài những chiếc pancake truyền thống, thì người Hàn còn sáng tạo thêm nhiều hương vị đa dạng như vị trà xanh, làm món ăn thêm màu sắc ưa nhìn và hương vị lạ miệng thanh thanh của trà xanh.

Đây là loại bột được trộn sẵn, bạn chỉ cần hòa bột với nước, cho nhân vào rồi chiên lên là xong ngay. Rất đơn giản và dễ sử dụng!

Nếu muốn chiếc bánh của mình có ngoại hình đẹp và đều hơn thì nhớ dùng thêm dụng cụ ấn bánh nhé!

Thành phần:

  • Hỗn hợp bột trộn: Bột mì, tinh bột biến tính, bột gạo nếp, dầu đậu nành, đường, muối tinh, bơ hỗn hợp, bột trà xanh, chất trương nở tổng hợp,...
  • Hỗn hợp mứt: Đường nâu, đường, bột đậu phộng rang, bột mật ong, bột quế,…
  • Men (4g)

Đóng gói: 400g/hộp (bao gồm 296g bột, 100g hỗn hợp nhân bánh, 4g men)

Bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát và tránh ánh nắng mặt trời

Hướng dẫn sử dụng:

  • Nhào bột: Cho gói men 4g và 180ml nước ấm (khoảng 40~45 độ C) vào trong tô khuấy đều rồi cho 296g bột làm bánh vào trộn và nhào khoảng 5~10 phút thành một khối tròn dẻo.
  • Tạo hình: Sau khi bôi mỏng một lớp dầu ăn vào tay, lấy từng phần bột nhào nhỏ rồi ấn cho bột dẹt ra và cho hỗn hợp mứt vào chính giữa và gói lại.
  • Rán bánh: Rán bằng lửa nhỏ, rán 2 mặt khoảng 1-2 phút hoặc đến khi vàng đều là được, trong khi rán dùng muỗng (hoặc dụng cụ ấn bánh) nhấn bánh xuống cho bánh dẹt ra. (Lưu ý: Hãy sử dụng hết phần bột đã nhào trong ngày)

I recently used the Cerakote Headlight Restoration Kit on both my 2008 and 2014 Honda Accords, and I’m genuinely impressed. The headlights on both cars were badly oxidized, hazy, and yellowed from years of sun exposure. After following the kit’s instructions, they look crystal clear and almost like new again. The process is pretty straightforward and beginner-friendly. It does take roughly an hour per headlight set if you follow all the steps carefully and allow proper air drying time before the final clear coat. There’s a bit of elbow grease involved with the sanding and polishing stages, but nothing overly difficult. The kit provides everything you need, and the instructions are clear. This product really does work. It is the best I've used. I purchased in September 2024 and am writing this review in May of 2026, roughly one year and 8 months later. Pros: Clarity, relative ease of use, value Cons: Taping and sanding, doesn't last for as long as you own your car as claimed Best used as a temporary fix. Bottom line, would I use it again? Yes. What am I doing today? Replacing the headlights completely. Why? I plan on keeping my car for longer than a year.
