NWTN HOME Symi Ashtray
The Symi is a two-piece tabletop ashtray built from hand-poured terrazzo concrete and heat-resistant borosilicate glass. At 4.25" x 2.4", it's a compact, weighted piece that stays put on a desk, side table, or shelf. The concrete base is heavy enough to resist bumps and tips, and the glass top lifts off for quick, separate cleaning.
NWTN uses recycled glass fragments in the concrete pour, which gives each base a distinct terrazzo pattern. The borosilicate glass upper handles heat without cracking, and formed grooves along the top keep items placed where you set them. A silicone footing on the bottom absorbs vibration and protects whatever surface the Symi sits on.
Available in five finishes: Amber, Emerald, Fog, Maritime, and Petal. Each pairs a tinted glass top with the speckled concrete base, so the look changes depending on which finish you pick.

Care and maintenance
- The glass top detaches from the base, so you can clean each piece separately.
- Borosilicate glass is safe to soak and handles heat well without weakening over time.
- Wipe the concrete base down as needed; the silicone footing stays attached to the underside.
Good to know
- The weighted concrete base adds real stability. This isn't a lightweight ashtray that slides around.
- Each terrazzo pour is slightly different, so patterns and aggregate placement will vary piece to piece.
- Formed grooves in the top hold items in place without rolling.
