How to Use
To make Porridge:
- Take 1 cup milk or vegan milk and mix 3 tsp Health Mix.
- Stir well to remove lumps.
- Cook on low flame for 4 minutes while stirring.
- Add jaggery or salt as per taste.
To make Drink / Malt:
- Add 1 tsp Health Mix to 1 cup milk or vegan milk.
- Mix well and break lumps.
- Add jaggery or salt as preferred.
