Unlike other watercolors which are made with dry, compressed extrusion process, Nevskaya Palitra watercolors are all liquid poured — a process preserving the integrity of each pigment and resulting in semi-moist pans that respond instantly to a wet brush. No wonder these watercolors have been the most favorite by several generations of European artists. In addition to pigments the ingredients include gum arabic and honey.
