Artwork and Copyright Infringement

We will not print any images or artwork that infringe upon the copyright or trademark of another individual or company, including logos, branding, or designs. Customers must provide proof of ownership or written permission to use any artwork submitted for printing. If proof is not provided, we reserve the right to decline the order. If copyrighted material is detected, we will contact you directly to address the issue and determine the next steps.

All images are deleted as soon as order is shipped unless customer requests otherwise.

File Submissions for Gang Sheets

To ensure high-quality results, customers are responsible for submitting files that meet the required specifications.

• Gang Sheet Specifications:
  All DTF Gang Sheets are printed on a 13-inch-wide roll, with the length determined by the customer’s order.

• Automatic Width Adjustment:
  Files exceeding the 13-inch width will be resized to fit within our printer's settings. This is a limitation of the laminator.

• Customer Responsibility:
  Customers are responsible for ensuring their files are correct, formatted properly, and ready for printing. We're not liable for issues arising from incorrect file properties. All efforts will be made to get the best possible results.

By submitting your files, you agree that they meet the size and formatting requirements and accept responsibility for the outcome, including automated adjustments.

Custom Goods Supplied by the Customer

For orders where customers supply their own goods, a 10% spoilage allowance applies. This accounts for potential production errors or defects during the printing process. We will not be responsible for spoilage exceeding this percentage.

Customers should provide high-quality goods to ensure the best possible results.
