Each effervescent tablet contains:
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) (Thiamine Hydrochloride) 20 mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) (Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate) 20 mg
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50 mg
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) (Calcium Pantothenate) 25 mg
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 10 mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10 microgram
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg
Biotin 150 microgram
Folic Acid 400 microgram
Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Carbonate Hydrate) 105 mg
Calcium (Calcium Carbonate) 100 mg
Zinc (Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate) 10 mg
No added Dairy, Lactose, Soy or Yeast.
Less than 0.1g sugar per tablet.
Directions:
One tablet daily, dissolved in 200mL of water.

Contraindications and cautions:
- Store tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Store below 25°C.
- Adults only.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Each tablet contains 120 mg of sodium.

- Voost use Australian regulated and approved artificial sweeteners to provide sweetness with little or no energy/kilojoules.
- Contains Sucralose.
