ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Good quality but slightly loose cotton

This product is great for removing eye makeup and absorbs micellar water well. The cotton round is thick and just the right size for both eyes. However, the cotton sometimes comes undone when my hangnails get stuck on it. It's also easy to tear apart if you pull on it.
