Upon tasting the second “sample” bottle this month, I found myself having a hard time taking notes rather than just enjoying the hedonistic pleasure of this Champagne. One unique characteristics of this Champagne is the use of a small proportion of Petit Meslier, a grape variety that often did not ripen in the past, but now provides firmness and freshness. Pretty damn tasty now, this should only gain in complexity over the next ten years or so. Extremely limited.
