Yet these enduring racial biases afflict not only the Academy Awards, but also Hollywood as a whole. Why do actors of color, despite exhibiting talent and bankability, continue to lag behind white actors in presence and prominence? Reel Inequality examines the structural barriers minority actors face in Hollywood, while shedding light on how they survive in a racist industry. The book charts how white male gatekeepers dominate Hollywood, breeding a culture of ethnocentric storytelling and casting. Nancy Wang Yuen interviewed nearly a hundred working actors and drew on published interviews with celebrities, such as Viola Davis, Chris Rock, Gina Rodriguez, Oscar Isaac, Lucy Liu, and Ken Jeong, to explore how racial stereotypes categorize and constrain actors. Their stories reveal the day-to-day racism actors of color experience in talent agents' offices, at auditions, and on sets. Yuen also exposes sexist hiring and programming practices, highlighting the structural inequalities that actors of color, particularly women, continue to face in Hollywood.This book not only conveys the harsh realities of racial inequality in Hollywood, but also provides vital insights from actors who have succeeded on their own terms, whether by sidestepping the system or subverting it from within. Good product
It’s very comparable to the Neutrogena version. Its light on my face, does not leave a white cast, and doesn’t break me out. The price point is excellent compared to the name brand one. I go walking almost everyday and live in a sunny and hot area where the climate is hot all year round. I haven’t gotten burnt since wearing this sunscreen. Definitely recommend

This sunscreen gave me acne. I rarely breakout and I now have five pimples on my face. I do not recommend!!!

Burns My Eyes
If your eyes have a sensitivity to sunscreen, they may have a sensitivity to this one. This product made my eyes burn for two days, with multiple washings. I have had problems with La Roche Posay sunscreen — if that is a helpful association.
It has dimethicone —a silicone— in it (which might be the irritant). Its common in beauty products but some people avoid it for various reasons.
If you have no sensitivities and don’t mind the silicone, then it could be an acceptable option for the value. It went on smooth and light, left no cast, and had a very mild scent.
I will use it on my limbs, but I can’t use this on my face.

WORKS! LIGHT! EASY TO APPLY AND USE!
Took and trip and knew I would be out in the sun. I know this is for the face, but I used on my arms, legs and face. It is light and easy to apply. Not sticky and heavy as some sunblocks can be. I am very pleased with this purchase/find, as it works well and was a fabulous price for this tube.

I've been using the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch SPF 50 Mineral Sunscreen Stick for a while now, and I can't imagine going out without it. This convenient stick sunscreen provides excellent sun protection without leaving behind a greasy or sticky residue.

Comfortable wear

Spreads so easy - the big deodorant dispenser looks weird but it takes fewer swipes. Is soft and you can see where you applied. Must rub it in though.
Dries down matte - excellent formula. Spreads easily and sets very quickly. Blurring effect is nice on my old wrinkled face.
Not drying or tightening of skin feeling - comfortable and never heavy or tacky unless it’s more than 2 reapplications. Gets too white too. Slight cast but a LOT less than others. It takes more than 2 layers on me (Mac NC 20-25)
I think this one is it. Not hard and chalky, agreeable haze but the finish is dry and pores are smoothed over. If they ever made a tinted stick like this I’d feel like I’ve won the lottery
