EnviroLite uses quality LED chips that last for 50,000 hours of continuous use. The fixture and tubes come with a 5 year warranty. Fixtures are ETL listed and can be installed in damp locations. Great resource!

This book is a great resource to have when prepping for the SAT. The diagnostic test is a huge help to see where you are before you dive into studying. The five practice tests include in depth explanations of the answers – that is a big help with studying. This is a great way to study for the digital SAT. Highly recommended!

Excellent resource beyond Real Estate investing

This book is hands down one of the best resources on key financial terms I have read yet. The authors explain many of the most important concepts in easy-to-understand language, building one’s understanding chapter upon chapter. In depth and easy to understand
Format: Paperback
I am an active investor and have read quite a few books on a variety of investing and real estate topics. Accordingly I mostly skim new books and try to strengthen concepts I am already mostly comfortable with. I previously had difficulty grasping irr, npv, and dcf, and this book explained these thoroughly, simply, and with examples that will allow me to use these tools to make better investing decisions. I think this book will offer great value to those just getting started and those at a more advanced level alike.
