"This album represents a particularly whacked-out session for the peripatetic Austinite Ralph White, who is renowned for many things. Not the least of which is the fact that he's one of the few men who Michael Hurley will join on tour. It's no small thing? Most of White's fantastic solo output makes use of his multi-instrumentalism, often with a focus on his violin or banjo playing. Here, however, Mr. White focuses exclusively on button accordion and a variety of songs that can be done in waltz-time, regardless of whether they were first planned as waltzes or not. He says that the concept first came to him when he was recording a waltz version of "Sweet Jane" for a Lou Reed tribute album. The impulse to continue creating in this vein seized him and he seized it back. The results are shockingly great. One is used to hearing such stuff done with thick English accents, bad teeth and a scholastic attitude. White's approach is rural, American and a bit strange. The overall feel is actually more like Hurley than anything else Ralph has done, even though the sonic similarities are vague at best. A very cool record by any standard. I’ve used this body liquid shimmer oil three times already for photo shoots, and it has completely become my go-to for glowing skin. If your skin ever looks dull or never quite “camera ready,” this product instantly changes that.
It gives an intense, beautiful shimmer that makes the skin look smooth, radiant, and glowy without looking cheap or overdone. It also helps blur the look of imperfections while adding a really stunning sparkle that catches the light perfectly. if you are into camera photography, you need this.
What impressed me most is that it doesn’t transfer and actually stays put through sweat, movement, and long wear. It lasts all day and doesn’t get on clothing, which is rare for body shimmer products.
I even used it for my birthday and everyone was obsessed with how glowing the skin looked they kept asking me for the link. I didn’t expect much at first, but it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to apply, dries down well, and is honestly my holy grail for any outfit showing skin. it makes my skin look so perfect up to the point where it’s kind of uncanny.

I love this product so much! I don’t know what TJ other reviews are talking about by saying it doesn’t last long - when I apply this, it lasts all day. I did a darker shade than I thought I should but that worked out great because it makes me look tanner and makes my skin look so shiny, glittery, and even. For the price, you can’t beat this product. I get excited to put it on! Do yourself a favor & get this. You deserve to feel pretty and shiny :)
