'La Desband‡ 1937' is a role-playing game based on an event of the same name that occurred during the Spanish Civil War.
Within these pages you will find a setting based on the history of that tragic incident, as well as a story centered around the character of Norman Bethune, a Canadian doctor who became one of the most iconic figures in this grim episode.
The purpose of this book is to provide you enough information to develop your version of the story and even create new narratives within this setting.
