Labaille’s 2024 offers complex aromas of quince, pink grapefruit, kiwi, oregano and limestone. The palate shows excellent balance with an intense mineral vein complementing the wine's almost perfect fruit expression and citrusy finish. It’s so refreshing as an aperitif and so versatile at the table. How about some oysters on the half shell or Dungeness crab? Maybe some halibut with beurre blanc sauce?
