Meet problems in using our product?
--Please don’t jump into any conclusion that item malfunctioned or works terrible, refer to the below first:
-Is the phone getting hot? This is completely normal, for this happens even when charge phone with cable, especially in fast charging mode
-Not working? First, make sure your phone is QI enabled, check the AC adaptor is QC2.0 above or not, then power source connection, and remove any metal object or credit card attachments
-Not fast charging? Make sure your phone belongs to the fast charge models stated above and use adaptor QC2.0/3.0
