The album is an outstanding follow up to his award winning CD, Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song, which earned acclaim from The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Paste and more. A previous release, Mission Bell, took #1 on the Billboard Top 200. Lee has performed on Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and the Late Show with David Letterman. Amos Lee's musical style encompasses folk, rock and soul. After working as a schoolteacher and bartender he began to pursue a career in music. His manager submitted a demo recording to Blue Note Records which resulted in a recording contract and an association with singer Norah Jones.
