This 9” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop. A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the housing and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and premium silicone couplings allows for ample flexibility. Must have step by step practical guide, including hard-learned lessons from the author - really appreciate the down to earth style and delivery of this book - giving away golden nuggets of wisdom and tools - able to apply immediately to real life house flipping! A wealth of knowledge in this book
Format: Spiral-bound, Format: Spiral-bound
The book is filled with great information. The author covers lots of things that the average person may not think of. Things like where to get the house that you want to flip. Keeping in mind the distance from where you live. Little things that could turn into big things.
Everything is touched upon from deciding which house to get to selling your flip, and how to build your team of people that will help you. There’s also some digital assets that can be download which is extremely helpful. I have never flipped a house but I am interested in doing it one day. This book gave me an idea of the reality of flipping houses.
If you’re interested in flipping houses I recommend buying this book. It’s a perfect book for beginners such as myself. I think it’s a good value for the amount of information on it’s pages.
I find the spiral bound method of binding this book interesting in the fact that I can flip the pages around without creasing a binding. The paper its printed on is not the highest quality but it’s really the information within the book that’s important and it contains a lot of information.
