The Mouse 15-LO (Arachidonate 15-Lipoxygenase) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse 15-LO. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse 15-LO and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse 15-LO, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse 15-LO. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse 15-LO in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

likes, all aluminum construction, seems very accurate and uses more sturdy 1/4 inch shelf pins instead of the 5mm ones comes with 2 bits which is a huge plus the competition makes you buy the 1/4 drill and only is set up for 5mm to start. this jig will work along side, for now, my other jig dislike is the fact it only has 1/4 pin capability not a deal killer in any way, and it has "pins" to support the jig on the edge again this is both an advantage and disadvantage as you can change the depth of where the pins are located BUT if you are making something smaller the jig may not calibrate consistently. on another positive you can replace the bits easily and commonly as they are not proprietary and simply standard 1/4 inch bits this will be a fine addition to my other goingmake tools and future ones

The machining of the threads was rough on the one I received, but after screwing in the guides a couple times the operation became smoother. Probably lack of cleanup after anodizing left in the threads. Other than that it looks like it will be useful and longer lasting than many of the plastic jigs out there.
