An Astreea Igloo is designed to withstand wind speed of up to 30mph so with the extra weights the Igloo is secured even more when the weather starts to turn.
Fabric Weights
You will need | We recommend for a Medium Igloo 7 weights, for a Large Igloo 9 weights and for an Extra Large Igloo you will need 11, or simply select the corresponding Igloo size when ordering.
Installation | The fabric bags are closed at one end, open at the other for filling but both ends have string for securing around the Igloo frame.
Weight | One fabric sandbag weight can be filled with up to 15kg of sand.
Flowerbed Weights
You will need | We recommend for a Medium Igloo: 7 weights, for a Large Igloo: 9 weights and for an Extra Large Igloo: 9
Installation | Flowerbeds clamp onto the bottom of your Igloo frame and screw in. Each Flowerbed attaches to the one next to it by screwing a bracket in between.
Weight | One Flowerbed weighs 8kg on its own and can be filled with up to 50kg of soil and flowers.
