Our conical bottom centrifuge tubes, made from high-quality polypropylene (PP), are designed to perform essential functions in laboratory centrifugation with maximum reliability. The durable PP construction offers excellent resistance to chemical and physical degradation, ensuring the integrity of your samples is maintained during high-speed processing.
These centrifuge tubes are available in two sizes: 15 ml and 50 ml. Each tube is molded from clear, strong, and autoclavable polypropylene, and features printed graduations on the outer surface for easy volume measurement. The conical bottom design efficiently collects precipitates, enhancing separation accuracy and overall efficiency.
For added security, the caps include a built-in seal ring, making the tubes absolutely leakproof. Engineered for high-speed centrifugation, the 15 ml tubes can withstand forces up to 7,500 × g, while the 50 ml tubes can handle up to 12,000 × g. The cap might be either Blue, Red or Green.
