• Centaurea cyanus, Convolvulus pluricaulis, Withania somnifera, Bacopa monnieri, Commiphora wightii, Terminalia arjuna, Mentha spicata L, Chrysopogon zizanioides, Asparagus racemosus, Maidenhair tree, Hypericum perforatum, Trifolium pretense, Rubus idaeus and Green Tea.

• Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of Healthy Menopause Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.
