pH balanced to 4.6 to tighten up the hair cuticle after shampooing, thus holding in moisture, nurture, and proteins better. Hair's pH falls in the acidic range at around 4.5 - 5.5 and maintaining it at this level is important for its overall health.
COSMOS Update: COSMOS has recently released a new Standard (v4). This product is fully compliant with the updated requirements; however, due to administrative processing time, we are currently awaiting official documentation.
During this interim period, we are unable to market this product as COSMOS Organic. Rest assured, all ingredients remain certified organic or COSMOS-approved, with no changes to organic integrity.
