Today you will embark on a cultural journey after an early breakfast. At 8 am, set off up the Chagres River in a traditional wooden canoe to reach the heart of the Embera Tribe's community. Experi- ence their vibrant colors, Shamanic dances, and temporary tattoos made from fruit juice. A local tribesman will guide you on a hike to a nearby waterfall. Participate in a cultural ceremony, and support the community by purchasing unique souvenirs. Enjoy a relaxed evening back at the hotel.

There seemed to be mixed reviews about softness....I would consider these a nice medium pillow. Soft filling but firm enough that your head doesn't sink to the bed. Definitely NOT a down-like pillow, so if that's what you're looking for, this is not for you.
