Detroit Performance HD quick release linkage for Baja, HybridsWe are happy to offer this upgraded linkage for the Baja Hybrids. The linkage is made from 4 40 rod instead of the thinner 2 56 rod that comes stock. It's less susceptible to bending and breaking. We also added a Heavier Duty 4 40 ball link to this package so there is no more fussing with that throttle part that tends to bend and break against the carb. A return spring has been added to the brake side of the linkage to help push the brake back into
We are happy to offer this upgraded linkage for the Baja/Hybrids. The linkage is made from 4/40 rod instead of the thinner 2/56 rod that comes stock. It's less susceptible to bending and breaking. We also added a Heavier Duty 4/40 ball link to this package so there is no more fussing with that throttle part that tends to bend and break against the carb. A return spring has been added to the brake side of the linkage to help push the brake back into position after applying pressure. This is an upgrade from the standard duty Yamadude linkage.
note
you should use a small (2.75-3mm) drill bit to drill out the mounting hole on the carb slightly to make room for the bigger ball connector.
